Using our product, the user can setup an instance of an affordable development. This development can be a rental or an ownership type. We support the automation requirements for multiple housing programs i.e. Tax Credit Programs, Inclusionary Zoning, Workforce Housing, Student Housing, Public Housing, Leased Housing, Supportive Housing etc. The user will be able to add buildings within the development and units within a building and define their affordability requirements.

The portal aggregates and displays affordable housing listings from multiple states and geographic locations. The applicants can use the portal to complete a detailed household profile. This captures details on household size and income. The applicants go through a guided questionnaire to complete the profile. At the end they are shown housing opportunities that match the profile details that they can apply to, submit documents, track status, and engage with the agent managing the housing opportunity.

Our product automates eligibility determination by matching the applications with the unit affordability specifications and generating a waitlist of eligible applications to review and process. The product also includes a configurable workflow process to move eligible applications from document submission, review, screening, decision, appeals and lease-up. User can access views and reports that display data related to compliance. The product also supports processes for interim and annual recertification. When units become vacant, our product supports the process for re-rentals and re-sale based on specified rules.

This component allows affordable housing opportunity setup and advertisement. It also provides the eligibility determination logic and workflow necessary to take the process from initiation to lease-up. Following lease-up the user will have access to property management options. This is the nerve center of the application as it controls the configurations that power the platform.
ResideIQ Manager
This component aggregates affordable housing listings and presents the user with a categorized listing of income restricted rental and home ownership units. This can include housing lotteries, leased housing, public housing, supportive housing units. Interested applicants will see unit affordability requirements and create a profile and apply to listed opportunities using a common application.
